Property Supervision
We are structured
for optimal service and communication. Site managers and staff
are at the property daily to provide accessibility and services
to residents. Site managers report regularly to a property supervisor
based in our central office. The property supervisors visit the
sites regul arly
to keep a pulse on the properties, their residents, and staff,
in addition to the financial status of the property. They are
the main sources of information and communication for the client.
Site Management
Our site managers
and their staff become part of each facility, welcoming and qualifying
new occupants, collecting rents, maintaining facilities, organizing
social activities, and lending a caring ear. Their presence is
felt in the community 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They run
lively programs and effectively interact with residents and homeowners
associations. Site managers report to their property supervisor
who provides support, training, guidance, and information to operate
the project properly. Site managers communicate with property
supervisors and contractors on a daily basis.
Social
Service Coordination
In addition to the
site manager, we offer a social services coordinator to facilitate
access to social, medical, and government agencies for residents
who may find the process overwhelming or intimidating.
