operation and preservation of low income housing. We have a social
contract dedicated to quality property services for your residents

operation of your projects—a double bottom line.
We dedicate ourselves to providing the highest quality
property management services and developing professional, respectful,
and caring relationships with those we serve: residents, owners,
the community, and our coworkers.

Commitment
We are an energetic
member of the housing management industry with active memberships
in SCANPH, the Southern California Association of Nonprofit Housing,
AHMA, Affordable Housing Management Association, Building Industry
Association of Southern California and its Seniors Housing Council,
Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association, and CAHSA,
California Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. As
a professional mobile home park management firm and licensed Mobile
Home Dealer; we are an associate member of the Golden State Manufactured
Home Owners League and an active member of the WMA Western Manufactured
Mobile Home Association. CHMS is also an Accredited Management
Organization, AMO®, of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Our Experience
We are a California
nonprofit corporation founded in 1986 as an outreach of the Episcopal
Diocese of Los Angeles to encourage and assist in the development,
operation, and preservation of low income housing for seniors,
people with disabilities, emancipated foster youth, and families.
We provide property and financial management and consulting services
for apartments and manufactured homes. With two decades of experience
we proudly list our many clients: Bogen Family Center for parenting
adolescents, Burbank Housing Corporation, A Community of Friends,
Chinese-American Golden Age Association, Japanese-American Community
Center, Orange County Neighborhood Housing Services, PACE Economic
Development, Harbor Community, United Friends of the Children
Bridges, Korean Family Housing, Greater Los Angeles Agency on
Deafness, Inc., and these Episcopal Churches: St. James, St. John’s,
Christ the Good Shepherd, and Christ Church.
